• Upon completion of the project and full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless third-party licenses or proprietary tools are involved.
• You may not redistribute, sell, or use any materials developed by BlackbenTech without our express written consent.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. BlackbenTech will not disclose any confidential client data to third parties without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• BlackbenTech will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services.
• In the event of errors or omissions in our services, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ notice in writing.
• BlackbenTech reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in activities that harm our business reputation or operations.

7. Modifications to Services

BlackbenTech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service (temporarily or permanently) with or without notice.
